Jam tart

You need:

  • 500 gr of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1,5 hg of flour
  • 200 gr of sunflower’s oil
  • vanilla powder
  • 1/2 small envelopment of yeast
  • 1 scraped lemon
  • some jam

Take the eggs, mix them at the sugar and amalgamate it. When the sugar is melted, add the oil and scraped lemon with vanilla powder. Mix all; then, add by degrees the flour and the yeast. Spread the dough in a oiled tray and stretch the jam on it; put the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes at 170°.
