Chocolate cake without flour

Ingredients for 8 people:

– 2 eggs

– 100 gr. sugar

– 150 gr. peeled almonds

– 200 gr. Chocolate extradark

– 100 gr. butter

– sugar to taste


Chop the almonds in a mixer, then into a small pan in water bath to dissolve the chocolate with the butter, keep it aside. Blend eggs and sugar until they become foamy then add almonds and melted chocolate, stirring gently with a wooden spoon. Pour the whole into a cake previously lined with baking paper, or grease with butter and dusted with starch. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 175 °, bake and cook for 30/35 minutes (check the cooking with the classic wooden skewer.) remove from oven, let cool and serve with powdered sugar. may be garnished with strawberries.
